healthy choices delicious cakes little treats
The breakfast included lovely, healthy choices and delicious cakes. The staff surprised my daughter with balloons and treats upon arrival. Each day, the staff brought my daughter small biscuits.

i stayed here for several nights and it was lovely. the staff were helpful and accommodating. i remember the convenient location made it easy to explore many attractions. the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices.
the elevator was somewhat small, sometimes requiring a bit of a wait.

stylish stay
good quality clean amenity stylish room
I found everything exactly as i hoped. the quality felt good, it was clean, and very stylish. the hotel rooms were super clean. They featured modern amenities. i had a beautiful room with a balcony, it overlooked the courtyard.
i did not expect a high level of service unless i was in the restaurant. the front desk staff barely spoke english and i often reminded me of i was bothering them. my room was not cleaned and i had to call down for toilet paper more than once, unfortunately.

The pool and spa area were pristine and private. the hotel is in a good location. Bastille metro is close by. the location offers quick and easy access to various attractions.

The room was clean and bright with a very comfortable bed. i enjoyed a nice, little balcony. It ran the length of the room and offered a sun trap. the bathroom was nice, with a great, huge mirror and deep bath. the water pressure was also good.

some staff were excellent. the bar staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. one young woman chatted about local restaurants and gave recommendations for night life, i appreciated that. other staff, like george, jadidja, solange, and odillion were very helpful too.

The reception staff were helpful guiding me with metro lines and bus routes. The hotel offered detox juice. The location is great with a boulangerie nearby where I could grab a sandwich. Interiors have five star finishes.
The hotel elevator is right in the restaurant. I noticed a strong smell when exiting the elevator.

unclear answers slow towel
the location was acceptable to my needs as i had business nearby
the front desk staff seemed bothered whenever i needed assistance it was difficult to get clear answers on local transport i also requested extra towels and the process took hours and several reminders this was frustrating and not what i expect from a hotel stay

I appreciated the room's effective light and temperature regulation. I also found the room to be quiet, resulting in restful sleep. The hotel's location made it simple to access Le Marais and many dining options. The staff were cute and helpful.
I found the elevator to be somewhat small, which occasionally caused delays when moving luggage.
