The breakfast included lovely, healthy choices and delicious cakes. The staff surprised my daughter with balloons and treats upon arrival. Each day, the staff brought my daughter small biscuits.
The front desk staff was difficult to understand. I seemed like I was bothering them with requests. I had to call down for toilet paper more than once. The room was not cleaned regularly.

I found everything exactly as i hoped. the quality felt good, it was clean, and very stylish. the hotel rooms were super clean. They featured modern amenities. i had a beautiful room with a balcony, it overlooked the courtyard.
i did not expect a high level of service unless i was in the restaurant. the front desk staff barely spoke english and i often seemed like i was bothering them. my room was not cleaned and i had to call down for toilet paper more than once, unfortunately.

some staff were excellent. the bar staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. one young woman chatted about local restaurants and gave recommendations for night life, i appreciated that. other staff, like george, jadidja, solange, and odillion were very helpful too.
